Junior Management Program – Manufacturing

About the role

The Junior Management Program – Manufacturing (JMP) is a 24‑month accelerated leadership development program at Bosch, designed to prepare high‑potential talent for future leadership roles in manufacturing. Participants will rotate through 3‑4 assignments, including a mandatory international experience, gaining hands‑on exposure to production, operations, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 3–4 rotational assignments (4–8 months each) across manufacturing functions.
• Undertake a mandatory international rotation.
• Lead projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people.
• Analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps, and develop sustainable countermeasures.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, quality, maintenance, logistics, supply chain, and HR.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• Maximum five years of post‑graduate experience (or two internships/co‑ops).
• Strong leadership potential, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate domestically and internationally.
