About the role
Everlight is seeking an entry-level journeyman installer to assist with residential HVAC system installations in Omaha, NE. This permanent, full‑time position offers on‑site work and a company vehicle.
Key responsibilities
- Lead HVAC system installations and ensure all work meets code compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems with minimal supervision.
- Lead and mentor a team of 2‑3 apprentice HVAC technicians.
Required profile
- EPA 608 Certification (required).
- Journeyman Mechanical Installer certification (required).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass driving, drug, and criminal background checks.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lb frequently, climb ladders, and work at heights of 20 ft or more.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC system installation.
- Experience in HVAC repair and troubleshooting.
