About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join its Enterprise Application Integration Services (EAIS) team in Charlotte, NC. You will work on innovative consulting projects that integrate business applications using leading‑edge technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Document and refine business requirements as part of the elicitation process.
• Facilitate design discussions, capture decisions and guide the technical team.
• Develop, code, and integrate new features or enhancements while ensuring system stability.
• Perform code reviews, maintain repositories and apply changes to the codebase.
• Define and execute test strategies, analyse results and coordinate bug fixes.
• Create user training materials, documentation and support frameworks for smooth transitions.
• Participate in production issue resolution and propose preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques and support activities.
