About the role

Infosys is seeking a Java Developer to join its Financial Services unit in Phoenix, AZ. You will work on innovative AI‑driven solutions for banking, wealth management and insurance, collaborating with industry experts to deliver high‑impact digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct interviews and workshops to capture user needs and document stakeholder requirements.
• Participate in design discussions, capture software specifications and create process documentation.
• Develop, refine and document code for new applications following detailed design specifications.
• Execute test plans, analyse results, report defects and support software performance enhancements.
• Assist with integration of new features and ensure smooth transitions within existing systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, providing prompt issue resolution and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
• Document coding practices, testing methodologies and technical solutions to enrich the team’s knowledge base.
