IT Systems Engineer

About the role

U.S. Business Systems is expanding its MNS division and is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to maintain strong customer relationships and ensure reliable technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Implement client management and maintenance plans, including Windows and third‑party software patching.
• Maintain business applications, perform workstation clean‑up, and manage Active Directory.
• Create and update comprehensive network documentation.
• Provide top‑tier technical support and resolve complex IT and software issues escalated from Help Desk engineers.

Required profile

• Computer‑related degree or industry certification with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to perform light lifting.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Windows Server and workstation operating systems.
• Active Directory design, management and maintenance.
• Microsoft Exchange, SQL, SharePoint.
• DNS, DHCP, Remote Desktop Services.
• VMware, Hyper‑V and other virtualization technologies.
• Storage solutions: SAN, NAS, iSCSI, Fiber Channel.
• Firewalls, switches and networking technologies.
• Disaster recovery and backup technologies.
• Office365, Azure and other cloud solutions.
• Mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows).
• RMM tools.
