IT Support Specialist – Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to deliver high‑quality technical assistance to end users across the organization. The role involves hands‑on troubleshooting, equipment configuration, and user training in a fast‑paced government support environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person, phone, email, and ticket‑based support for hardware and software issues.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video‑conferencing equipment.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications, including Windows and Adobe suites.
• Assist with network setup, patch deployment, and system updates.
• Reset passwords, manage user accounts, and deliver training on applications and hardware.
• Support equipment relocation, setup, and reconnection within office spaces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional IT support experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation.
• Customer‑service orientation with strong communication and collaborative skills.
