Web Developer – .NET & MSSQL (NYC area)

About the role

The Web Developer will design, build, and maintain dynamic web applications for internal customers, ensuring they meet functional specifications and user expectations. Working primarily with Microsoft technologies, the role involves full‑stack development, performance tuning, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support custom websites using Microsoft .NET.NET Core, and MSSQL.
• Design robust database schemas and website architectures.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design and coding to testing and maintenance.
• Analyze website performance, identify deficiencies, and resolve Tier 3 technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to apply advanced analysis and design techniques.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with at least three years of web development experience, OR an Associate’s degree with five years of experience, OR seven years of experience without a degree.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently and within a team.
• Eligibility for hybrid work after a 3‑6 month waiting period, based on performance and operational needs.

What we offer

• Annual salary of $90,320.
• Downstate adjustment of $4,000 for eligible locations (NYC, Nassau, Rockland, Suffolk, Westchester).
