IT Project Manager

About the role

The Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead cloud optimization and modernization initiatives for Treasury Services business lines. This role partners closely with technical, product, operations, and customer success teams across the Federal Reserve System and the U.S. Treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams related to cloud optimization, application assimilation, and enterprise operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical subject‑matter experts to define timelines, priorities, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with product, development, and business teams to track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Prepare and deliver concise status updates and executive briefings.
• Identify, assess, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts such as schedules, resource plans, RAID logs, and change‑management documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Bank, System, and industry standards and policies.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and drive business value through effective scope and priority management.
• Experience applying PMIAA and Federal Reserve System IT program‑management standards.

Required skills

• Cloud optimization concepts and practices.
• Application assimilation and migration experience.
• Project management methodologies (including RAID management).
