Investment Banking Marketing Strategy Associate

About the role

The Investment Banking Marketing Strategy Associate will support J.P. Morgan's investment banking teams in designing and executing strategic marketing plans and integrated campaigns. Working closely with industry coverage, product groups, and the global marketing and communications team, the associate will help amplify the bank's brand and content across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist investment banking teams in developing and implementing strategic marketing programs aligned with business priorities.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing tactics.
• Create and coordinate content such as videos, podcasts, and articles in partnership with business stakeholders.
• Execute internal and external campaigns across newsletters, web, social media, and other distribution channels.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal partners worldwide to deliver campaign assets on time and within budget.
• Produce campaign recaps, quarterly reports, and analytics dashboards to showcase results.
• Manage logistics for asset creation, including WorkFront project submissions and scheduling of recordings.
• Support kick‑off and debrief meetings to ensure alignment across communications, legal, compliance, and production teams.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of investment banking products, client segments, and industry landscape.
• Interest in digital and content marketing with solid analytical abilities.
