International Tax - Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead its International Tax Quantitative Tax Solutions & Technologies practice. You will combine data analytics, technology and quantitative methods to design innovative tax solutions that help clients navigate complex regulations and improve their tax positions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead quantitative tax workstreams and manage client expectations.
• Develop and implement data‑driven tax solutions using analytics and visualization tools.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths.
• Address conflicts with clients or team members and escalate when needed.
• Uphold PwC tax and audit professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Professional credential such as CPA, Bar membership, or equivalent tax/technology/finance qualification.
