Interim Support Services Manager

About the role

The Interim Support Services Manager will lead the holistic care‑management model for youth participants in the Intensive Immersion program, ensuring comprehensive services that support retention, completion, and transition.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct student and family intake, collect demographic data, assess needs, and develop Individualized Care Plans.
• Provide one‑on‑one care coordination, link participants to external resources, and manage basic need services such as meals.
• Mentor participants, gather feedback, and drive program improvements.
• Train staff and volunteers on human‑service best practices and facilitate workshops on post‑secondary planning, life skills, and related topics.
• Oversee intake documentation, support‑services protocol updates, and day‑to‑day operations including data entry into Salesforce.

Required profile

• Strong leadership ability and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Experience working with urban, underserved, low‑income youth, especially Black male youth.
• Commitment to the mission of empowering Black males and men of color.
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑changing, startup‑like environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar MIS platforms.
• High comfort level with technology tools and e‑signing processes.
