Integration Technician

About the role

We are looking for an Integration Technician to join Saronic Technologies in Austin. You will be responsible for assembling, integrating and testing autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) that support Department of Defense maritime operations, working the 2nd shift (2:30 pm‑10:00 pm).

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to integrate hardware, software, sensors and communication systems into ASV platforms.
• Assemble and configure propulsion, navigation, payload and control components.
• Conduct testing and validation to verify performance, reliability and compliance with DoD standards.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve them promptly to keep projects on schedule.
• Document integration procedures, test results and configuration changes.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to coordinate activities and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree or technical certification in electronics, mechatronics or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proven experience in system integration, preferably in maritime or defense environments.
• Strong ability to read schematics, diagrams and technical specifications.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with effective communication skills.
