About the role

Kemper is seeking motivated individuals to join its field sales team as Insurance Agent Trainees. You will start with a paid training program that prepares you for licensing exams and equips you with the tools to serve modest‑income families in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales presentations, recommend appropriate life‑insurance products, and close new policies.
• Prospect for new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships by collecting premiums on a schedule you set.
• Handle service requests such as beneficiary changes, claims, and policy loans.
• Accurately record payments, manage paperwork, and keep account records up to date.
