Inside Sales Manager – Lead & Coach Sales Team

About the role

Home Genius Exteriors is rapidly expanding and seeks an Inside Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of Inside Sales Representatives. You will drive outbound and inbound appointment‑setting, coach reps, and ensure sales targets are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Inside Sales Representatives focused on outbound and inbound appointment‑setting.
• Coach reps to improve tone, delivery, and KPI conversion through live feedback, call reviews, and performance sessions.
• Monitor daily sales metrics to ensure productivity, lead conversion efficiency, and pipeline growth.
• Conduct morning huddles, weekly check‑ins, and individual 1:1s to align the team with business needs.
• Demonstrate effective sales conversations to model best practices and support ongoing development.
• Maintain consistent team coverage and schedule alignment during peak lead flow periods.
• Support additional sales initiatives and operational tasks as needed.
• Make follow‑up calls to clients to ensure actions are completed and expectations are met.

Required profile

• 3+ years of sales team leadership in a call‑center environment (lead generation experience a plus).
• Proven success leading high‑performing, quota‑driven sales teams with deep KPI knowledge.
• Coach‑mindset with ability to unlock potential, motivate individuals, and use incentives to exceed targets.
• High energy, results‑driven, willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Strong customer escalation management skills to protect brand experience.
• Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
