Inside Sales Analyst – Animal Health

About the role

As an Inside Sales Analyst focused on animal health, you will drive sales and services to new and existing veterinary customers through outbound calls and relationship building. You will work remotely across the Eastern or Central United States, supporting short‑term sales cycles and contributing to the growth of Cardinal Health’s veterinary portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to acquire new accounts, expand existing accounts, and retain customers.
• Gather competitive intelligence from customers to inform sales strategy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned group of veterinary accounts.
• Support continuous improvement of the Veterinary Inside Sales function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1‑2 years of inside sales or telesales experience, preferably within the veterinary or pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic or as a LVT/Vet Technician is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment and manage multiple tasks.
