Inside Sales Account Executive - Outbound Sales

About the role

iHeartMedia Markets is hiring a virtual Inside Sales Account Executive focused on outbound sales. The role connects with businesses nationwide and creates solutions across iHeartMedia's audio, digital, mobile, events and other advertising platforms. It is a full-time regular position based virtually in Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and grow new accounts through a consultative sales approach
• Manage a sales funnel while meeting service level requirements and activity requirements of 50+ contacts per day
• Advise clients on the best use of their advertising funds, identifying their needs, goals and KPIs
• Meet and exceed activity, sales and revenue targets
• Manage client expectations and retain new business through timely follow-up and renewals
• Use industry-leading CRM and sales intelligence technology

Required profile

• Media sales experience
• Customer care experience
• Professional demeanor, including excellent phone etiquette
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Ability to stay focused in a dynamic, metrics-driven, tech-savvy environment
