About the role

As the Influencer Marketing Director you will design, lead and execute social media and content strategies that align with client business objectives across the US market. You will build trust with partners, manage end‑to‑end influencer campaigns and turn insights into effective digital strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of social campaigns, ensuring creative direction, content planning and messaging match brand goals.
• Manage influencer partnerships from discovery and negotiation through delivery, compliance and performance tracking.
• Apply knowledge of US consumer behavior, digital trends and the creator landscape to craft high‑performing strategies.
• Maintain hands‑on oversight of operational details, content schedules, publishing and creative reviews.
• Measure, analyze and present campaign metrics, providing data‑driven recommendations for improvement.
• Identify and mitigate potential campaign risks, resolving challenges with clear communication.
• Represent the functional area when needed, mentor team members and ensure consistent cross‑functional processes.

Required profile

• Approximately 7–8 years of professional experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in agency settings or managing multi‑market accounts.
• Deep understanding of US cultural trends, platform developments and creator ecosystem strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with clear, empathetic communication.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to balance high‑level strategy with daily execution across multiple projects.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting data, measuring impact and adapting strategies.
