Industrial Engineering Co‑op – Reedsville, PA (Jan–Jun 2027)

About the role

Are you interested in an internship opportunity with Philips? We welcome individuals who are currently pursuing an undergraduate (BS) degree to participate in a 6‑month paid co‑op at our site in Reedsville, PA. Through this role you will gain meaningful, hands‑on experience working for a HealthTech company.

Key responsibilities

• Support Operational Excellence initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and productivity objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, finance, leadership) to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitate problem‑solving, and communicate change initiatives to drive operational performance.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, chemical, or material engineering, or hold Green Belt certification.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving mindset with basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, process mapping, and data analysis.
