3rd Shift Production Lead

About the role

This is a 3rd‑shift Lead position (10:30 pm – 6:30 am) within Philips' manufacturing operation in Reedsville, PA. You will coordinate the night crew, ensure smooth production flow, and uphold quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Report any disruptions or deviations in the production process to the Manufacturing Group Leader for rapid resolution.
• Verify that components, parts, and documentation meet quality specifications before moving to the next process stage.
• Operate and oversee all relevant machinery, tools, and equipment, executing both standard and complex production tasks.
• Monitor output quality, identify faulty products, and maintain detailed daily production and pilot‑run records.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team, maintaining positive relationships with supervisors and coworkers.
• Provide certification‑level job training to team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma, vocational education, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a team of employees.
• Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma and Safety and Health Fundamentals.
• Ability to meet the physical, cognitive and environmental requirements of a production/assembler role, with or without accommodation.
