Indirect Tax Analyst

About the role

Bosch is looking for an Indirect Tax Analyst with a continuous‑improvement mindset and strong communication skills. The role focuses on US and Canadian indirect tax compliance, tax technology initiatives, and governance across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Complete timely indirect tax compliance and reporting for US state and local sales, use, gross receipts, Canadian GST, VAT, property tax, and unclaimed property.
• Lead nexus determination, registrations, renewals, and manage tax payments, notices, and correspondence.
• Prepare Form W‑9 and annual federal Form 1099 reporting; manage sales tax exemption certificates.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to standardize and automate indirect tax functions.
• Support tax technology implementations, audits, and policy/procedure development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years corporate experience with US indirect tax compliance, audit and research.
• 2+ years using indirect tax systems (Vertex), ERP (SAP), and advanced Excel.
• 1+ years data‑analytics, desktop automation, data‑visualization, and AI tools.
• Strong analytical, project‑management and communication skills.
