Manager Business Partner Controller

About the role

As the Manager Business Partner Controller you will partner with the Commercial Goods Business Unit in North America to drive profitability and support strategic growth. You will work in a hybrid environment (60% onsite, 40% remote) within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket, a global leader in automotive service solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive profitability for the Commercial Goods Business Unit covering brakes, spark plugs, rotating machines, filters, batteries and related portfolio goods.
• Provide transparent KPI analysis, economic evaluations and decision proposals as the regional business partner.
• Collaborate with international plants, marketing, engineering and purchasing teams to implement cross‑functional initiatives.
• Conduct business analysis for actuals, forecasts, margin steering and long‑term EBIT projections.
• Support planning and follow‑up of growth activities with the Go‑to‑Market organization toward Ambition 2030.
• Prepare and present business reports for regional review meetings across all product areas.
• Coordinate with plant controllers to verify KPI performance and its impact on global results.
• Interface with Business Unit and regional “Go‑to‑source” functions and support digitalisation and AI use‑case projects.
• Contribute to work‑efficiency improvements and process optimisation within the team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or a related field; Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive financial experience, ideally with full P&L responsibility (sales, margin, budgeting, logistics, purchasing, plant operations).
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with proven expertise in analysis, KPI management, budgeting and forecasting.
