Human Resources Manager – Manufacturing Site

About the role

Prequel Solutions is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions at a large manufacturing operation in the New Iberia/Lafayette, LA area. This hands‑on role partners closely with site leadership and supports a fast‑paced, high‑volume workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Lead investigations and resolve complex employee issues while ensuring legal compliance.
• Develop and mentor the on‑site HR team to enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and bonus programs for the site.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or high‑volume environments.
• Prior experience managing or leading HR professionals.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred.
