Human Resources Graduate Specialist Program (HR GSP)

About the role

The Graduate Specialist Program (GSP) in Human Resources is a full‑time rotational development program designed for high‑potential recent graduates. Participants will rotate through multiple HR functions to build operational excellence and prepare for future leadership roles within HydraForce.

Key responsibilities

• Complete 3‑4 strategic rotations across HR areas such as recruiting, talent management, compensation, employee relations, compliance, wellness, and HR administration.
• Support HR integration initiatives from an HRIT and benefits perspective.
• Participate in recruiting events and assist with onboarding new hires.
• Create and deliver presentations to internal stakeholders.
• Analyze HR data and contribute to reporting and process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field.
• Current graduating senior or within two years of graduation.
• Minimum GPA of 3.5 (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Internship or early‑career experience in Human Resources.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
