Human Resources Generalist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to enhance the employee experience across our organization. The role is fully remote and focuses on talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment, from sourcing to candidate communication and onboarding.
• Administer ATS and HRIS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Create and maintain HR dashboards, recruiting metrics, and workforce reports.
• Support payroll administration, benefits enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Serve as a resource for employees on HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
