Key responsibilities

• Administer accurate and timely processing of compensation, benefits, performance data, and other confidential HR information.
• Communicate professionally at all organizational levels and maintain discretion with sensitive data.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers, conduct orientations, training sessions, and employee‑engagement activities.
• Assist in enforcing HR policies and act independently within established guidelines.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least three combined years of experience in human resources, administrative support, or clerical roles within private, public, government, or military settings.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and resolve employee issues with sound judgment.

Required skills

• Experience using HR systems, specifically Workday.
