Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Cresco Labs is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to support its retail and operations locations in Chicago. The role will act as the primary HR liaison for assigned sites, partnering with managers to drive performance, engagement, and compliance across the workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Coach Store Managers, District Managers, Facility Directors and other leaders on employee engagement, performance management, and morale.
• Provide HR guidance and solutions that foster a high‑performance culture.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve productivity and workplace satisfaction.
• Analyze HR data, identify trends, and recommend actions to close gaps and enhance the employee experience.
• Support compensation, training, and other HR initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with retail or operations leaders in an HR capacity.
• Strong ability to influence and coach managers on people‑related matters.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting HR metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
