HR Partner

About the role

As an HR Partner within Amazon’s People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team, you will help shape a safe, inclusive and innovative workplace by delivering HR programs, supporting employee experience and coaching leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs, reinforcing workplace standards and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meet service level agreements and maintain accurate documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, address concerns and ensure appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in running and monitoring feedback channels such as roundtables, floor walks and employee engagement activities.
• Support issue tracking and follow‑up, partnering with senior PXT members to drive resolutions and improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention, guiding the use of tools for communication, recognition and performance conversations.
• Coordinate and execute site‑level engagement, communication and culture‑building initiatives, including logistics, feedback collection and effectiveness monitoring.
• Track and summarize PXT‑related data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for site reviews.
• Promote self‑service tools, identify recurring gaps and escalate opportunities to improve tool usability or adoption.
