HR Business Leader for Networking Campus & Branch

About the role

The HR Business Leader partners with executive leaders to shape people strategy, drive transformation and steward culture for HPE's networking campus and branch business.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and align talent imperatives with business priorities, driving continuous transformation and operating model changes.
• Lead HR programs, assess HR implications of business strategy, and represent the business within the broader HR community.
• Collaborate on enterprise‑wide initiatives, evaluate program viability, and champion agile ways of working.
• Coach senior leadership to increase engagement and develop talent solutions that support business objectives.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of HR experience with significant consulting exposure.
• Proven track record delivering organizational change, workforce planning and influencing senior managers.
• Strong business acumen, financial understanding and ability to partner with executives on strategic goals.

• Data interpretation and analysis for business challenges.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and quantitative analytical abilities.
