About the role

The Housing Service Center Dispatcher provides front‑line support for the university’s housing operations, handling calls and monitoring access systems.

Key responsibilities

Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate resources.
Observe and monitor the DSX Door system.

Required profile

High School Diploma and at least 18 years of age.
Clerical and dispatching experience preferred.
