Outreach & Enrollment Specialist

About the role

Renalogic is seeking an Outreach & Enrollment Specialist to engage eligible health plan members, describe program benefits, and enroll them in clinical programs that support kidney health.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls, texts, and secure online chats to describe program benefits and enroll members.
• Meet call volume and enrollment targets while documenting all outreach in compliance with HIPAA.
• Determine eligibility, process enrollments and disenrollments, and obtain missing member information.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams, contact provider offices for records, and complete claims or pre‑certification reviews as needed.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of outbound call or enrollment experience.
• Experience selling a program or product to consumers and remote‑work experience.
• Strong customer service, empathy, and ability to work flexible evenings/weekends.
• Reliable internet, power, and a dedicated workspace.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Ability to use phones, text messaging, and secure online chat platforms.
