Customer Support Agent – Property Portal

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Agent to assist residents with our property portal, handling payment processing, maintenance requests, and general navigation. The role involves direct interaction via phone, email, or chat and requires hands‑on experience with SAP and RealPage in a property‑management setting.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident inquiries through multiple channels, delivering a solution‑focused experience.
• Assist residents with rent payments, maintenance ticket submissions, and accessing community resources via the portal.
• Troubleshoot payment issues, including transaction failures and billing discrepancies.
• Utilize SAP and RealPage to manage resident records, service requests, and financial transactions.
• Document interactions in the CRM and escalate complex cases as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer support experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic demeanor.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain high attention to detail.
