About the role
The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, safe, and well‑maintained, delivering exceptional service in line with DoubleTree brand standards.
Key responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints, following the “Make it Right” guidelines.
- Perform deep‑cleaning tasks and manage supplies, equipment, and amenities as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following hotel safety policies and keeping work areas clear of hazards.
Required profile
- Previous housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work fast‑paced, high‑energy environments with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20‑30 lb throughout an entire shift.
