Hotel Room Attendant – Full‑Time Housekeeping Role

About the role

The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, safe, and well‑maintained to the Doubletree brand standards. This full‑time position supports the hotel’s commitment to exceptional guest service by handling cleaning tasks and responding promptly to guest requests.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean assigned guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables, perform deep‑cleaning tasks, and restock supplies and amenities daily.
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints in a friendly, timely manner, following the “Make it Right” guidelines.
• Follow hotel safety policies, report accidents, and keep work areas free of hazards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance, wear the proper uniform and nametag, and attend work regularly, including varied shifts.

Required profile

• Previous housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to establish relationships with guests and team members.
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
