About the role

The Dishwasher supports the culinary and service teams at a luxury or boutique‑style hotel by ensuring all kitchenware, cookware, and utensils are clean, organized, and ready for use. This fast‑paced, back‑of‑house position is essential for maintaining high standards of sanitation and contributing to memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and manually clean items as needed.
• Sort, wash, dry, and store dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, ovens, fryers, and work areas.
• Perform deep‑cleaning of kitchen equipment and assist with waste removal and recycling.
• Support food preparation tasks when required.
• Uphold Four‑Star service standards and hotel sanitation protocols.
