About the role

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered at home. As a Home Infusion Registered Nurse, you will provide one‑on‑one infusion care in patients' residences with flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
Start and maintain peripheral IV lines and monitor patients throughout treatment.
Provide patient education, support, and compassionate nursing care.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN accepted).
Current BLS certification.
3+ years of hospital‑based nursing experience or home infusion/infusion center experience.

Required skills

IV medication administration.
Peripheral IV insertion and maintenance.
BLS certification.

What we offer

$65–$75 per hour.
Flexible, independent contract work with no minimum commitment.
Ability to choose visits that fit your schedule and location.
