About the role

Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered at home. This contract position allows you to choose visits that fit your schedule and location.

Key responsibilities

Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
Start and maintain peripheral IV lines.
Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide education and support.
Deliver safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care in patients' homes.

Required profile

Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN/BSN).
Current BLS certification.
Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage.
3+ years of hospital‑based nursing experience or home infusion/infusion center experience.

Required skills

IV medication administration (IVIG, monoclonal antibodies).
Peripheral IV insertion and maintenance.
