Home Infusion Registered Nurse – Florida

About the role

Float Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide specialty infusion care in patients' homes across several Florida counties. This on‑demand, contract position allows you to select visits that fit your schedule and location.

Key responsibilities

• Administer IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies.
• Start and maintain peripheral IV lines.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment and provide education and support.
• Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care in a home setting.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (ADN or BSN).
• Current BLS certification.
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage.
• 3+ years of hospital‑based nursing experience or home infusion/infusion center experience.

Required skills

• IV medication administration (IVIG, monoclonal antibodies).
• Peripheral IV insertion and maintenance.
• Patient monitoring and education.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.
