Holiday Lighting Installer with Year‑Round Career Path

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Installer to set up holiday lighting for residential and commercial properties across Massachusetts and Connecticut. This active position is ideal for candidates with outdoor‑trade experience who enjoy physical work in all weather conditions and are comfortable working at heights.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, trailers, materials and equipment for daily projects.
• Install and remove holiday lighting and décor safely and efficiently, using ladders up to 28 feet.
• Operate trucks, trailers, and bucket trucks while adhering to weight limits.
• Inspect installations to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, job sites and a professional appearance.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid Massachusetts driver’s license with a clean driving record and 2+ years of driving history.
• Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, dependable and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Pass a background check and meet physical requirements (lift up to 50 lb, climb ladders, work at heights).

Required skills

• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to operate bucket trucks and other installation equipment within manufacturer limits.
• Comfortable climbing and working on 28‑foot ladders.

What we offer

• Pay rate $22 per hour with overtime during peak season.
• Full‑time schedule starting at 8:00 am, Monday‑Friday plus Saturdays.
