Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship – Human Capital (Remote)

About the role

The Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship is a 12‑week remote program designed for transitioning military members to gain experience in Deloitte's Human Capital practice. Fellows will shadow projects, receive Deloitte‑designed learning, and prepare for a client‑service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project shadowing and client‑service activities within the Human Capital practice.
• Engage in Deloitte‑designed learning experiences focused on HR strategy and technology.
• Support integration, data conversion, reporting, or testing tasks for enterprise‑system implementations.

Required profile

• Active duty US Armed Forces member authorized for DoD SkillBridge.
• Enrolled in the Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible for the fellowship.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Experience delivering technical solutions for HCM, workforce, personnel, payroll, or comparable enterprise systems.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, reporting, or testing for enterprise‑system implementations.
• Interest or prior experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
