Hexagon EAM Business Analyst

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for a detail‑oriented Hexagon EAM Business Analyst to join a hybrid team in New York City. The role bridges business needs with technical solutions for enterprise asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, evaluate and document asset‑management business requirements.
• Configure, optimise and support Hexagon EAM to meet operational and compliance goals.
• Design functional specifications, workflows and system enhancements.
• Assist with integration, data migration, testing and user training.
• Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and system usage.
• Stay current with Hexagon EAM updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years with Hexagon EAM.
• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance operations.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience configuring Hexagon EAM.
• SQL proficiency.
• Report writing and data analysis.

• Competitive base salary $95,000‑$125,000 depending on experience.
