Hematopathologist – Private Pathology Group

About the role

Join a well‑established private pathology partnership offering a strong work‑life balance and a clear path to partnership. The Hematopathologist will work alongside 16 other pathologists and a robust support team.

Key responsibilities

• Sign out hematopathology cases and a minor component of general surgical pathology.
• Participate in intra‑operative frozen section rotations and on‑call duties shared with surgical pathologists.
• Present cases at tumor boards and occasionally teach staff or residents.
• Serve as CLIA director for the clinical laboratories.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for close collaboration with oncologists and complex medical teams.
• Open to junior pathologists; ability to work within a team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Flow cytometric data analysis.
• Proficiency in hematopathology sign‑out and general surgical pathology.
