Heavy Equipment Mechanic

About the role

Quality Enterprises USA, Inc. is looking for an experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to maintain, diagnose, and repair a range of heavy construction machinery at its Naples, FL location. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Perform upkeep, maintenance, and repairs on bulldozers, cranes, graders, and other heavy equipment.
• Adjust, replace, or repair defective parts using hand and power tools and test equipment after service.
• Clean, lubricate, and conduct routine maintenance on attachments such as blades, ploughs, winches, and side booms.
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize safety, productivity, and equipment lifespan.
• Document work through thorough reports and provide final documentation to management.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship, able to lift up to 50 lbs, hold a valid CDL license and DOT physical, and pass a pre‑employment drug test.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on heavy equipment.

Required skills

• Maintenance of CAT equipment (preferred).
• Experience with directional drills, crushers, and cranes (a plus).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools for mechanical repairs.
