About the role

The Hearing Ambassador supports the licensed dispenser at Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center by engaging customers, promoting hearing health, scheduling appointments, and driving community outreach.

Key responsibilities

  • Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
  • Secure at least 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests each day for the hearing aid specialist.
  • Promote and sell non‑hearing‑aid products, aiming for a 50% increase in sales.
  • Use a handheld screener (where permitted) to generate qualified leads.
  • Assist with follow‑up calls to past tested members and schedule return visits.
  • Promote the Hearing Aid Center at Sam’s Club events and other marketing activities.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
  • Experience with patient or customer appointment scheduling.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with PC hardware and software, general computer and Internet knowledge.
  • Basic computer systems and scheduling software proficiency.
