Head of Storytelling

About the role

Starbridge is building the Bloomberg terminal for public‑sector data and needs a leader to define how the world sees the company. As Head of Storytelling you will craft the voice, narratives and content that position Starbridge as the authoritative source for government‑selling insights.

Key responsibilities

• Own the market story, deciding what we say and why it matters to GTM leaders.
• Build a content operating system that automates use‑case videos, playbooks, metrics and milestones, leveraging AI without sacrificing quality.
• Collaborate with the brand team on high‑impact creative content that only a human touch can deliver.
• Amplify executive‑authored pieces, scaling their distribution and impact.
• Develop customer proof points, case studies and encourage clients to share their product stories.
• Manage PR relationships and create a flywheel for distributing insights.
• Run feedback loops to measure engagement by format, topic and funnel stage, guiding future content creation.

Required profile

• 4+ years in B2B, content, customer or product marketing.
• Proven ability to build an audience from scratch on a topic considered “boring”.
• Experience operating at early‑stage speed, building content functions without a preset calendar.
• Comfort with ambiguity, high standards and daily shipping.
• Versatility from meme marketing to thought leadership, case studies and launch scripts.
• Talent for extracting compelling stories from raw data and spreadsheets.
