Head of Sales

About the role

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Head of Sales to lead influencer and creator partnerships across its global social entertainment platforms. You will own the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and cash‑flow management while driving the monetisation of creators on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and onboard influencers, models, and agencies, securing favourable revenue‑share and exclusivity terms.
• Develop and manage partnerships, including technology and promotional automation integrations.
• Coordinate promotional material production with internal teams, ensuring timely delivery for each creator.
• Own pipeline and forecasting, setting priorities and scaling volume partner by partner.
• Expand product line‑up with new SKUs and optimise content cost structures.
• Increase creator monetisation by understanding and acting on revenue, ARPPU and retention metrics.

Required profile

• Proven track record negotiating and closing deals with talent and agencies.
• Established network within agencies and top creators.
• Deep understanding of creator‑platform economics, rev‑share models and unit economics.
• Strong analytical mindset: can build pipelines, forecast, and report without being chased.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills, able to tailor approaches to different creator motivations.
• Calm under pressure, able to manage issues while keeping partners and internal teams aligned.

Required skills

• Superset or equivalent dashboarding tool.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial modelling).
• Working knowledge of AI tools for creator photo and video generation.
