Head of Product

About the role

Code Metal is seeking its first Head of Product to define and execute the product strategy for its AI‑driven software verification platform. Reporting to the CEO, you will bridge engineering, customers, and go‑to‑market teams to turn core technology into market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap for the core platform and new offerings.
• Lead zero‑to‑one product development, collaborating with engineering to validate concepts with customers.
• Establish disciplined customer discovery processes and translate insights into product requirements.
• Determine packaging, positioning, and commercialization strategies in partnership with Sales and Growth.
• Prioritize product and engineering trade‑offs, balancing customer commitments, technical debt, and strategic opportunities.
• Build and scale a high‑output product organization that works closely with engineering, sales, and solutions teams.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B technology experience, including 5+ years leading product organizations.
• Proven track record of taking deep technical technology from concept to market.
• Highly technical mindset able to engage with complex engineering teams.
• Hands‑on approach: conduct customer discovery, write strategy, support strategic deals.
• Low ego, collaborative style across engineering, growth, and sales.
