Head of Marketing

About the role

Cloaked is building an AI‑native future of privacy and needs a strategic leader to shape its marketing vision. As Head of Marketing you will own the end‑to‑end strategy, drive data‑informed positioning, and accelerate customer acquisition and retention across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch go‑to‑market plans for new and existing features, managing multi‑channel campaigns (video, display, search, social).
• Experiment with onboarding flows, email drip sequences, and omnichannel journeys to boost adoption and retention.
• Refine in‑app messaging, product tooltips, and user communications for clarity and impact.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to design seamless user experiences.
• Create launch assets, positioning statements, and storytelling collateral.
• Conduct segmentation and insight research to identify targeted onboarding opportunities.
• Lead brand positioning, creative development, and campaign execution to maintain brand consistency.
• Design, run, and evaluate experiments on product packaging, positioning, and pricing.
• Manage performance marketing across organic and paid channels, focusing on CAC and ROI.
• Oversee the full creative lifecycle, from concept through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Utilize SQL, Google Analytics, and experimentation platforms to extract actionable insights.
• Build and manage agency partnerships and mentor the marketing team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a closely related field.
• At least five years of experience in marketing, product strategy, or a similar senior role.
• Proven track record of leading integrated brand and performance campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into strategic decisions.
