Head of Events

About the role

Revel is seeking a Head of Events to build and own its events function from the ground up. This senior, hands‑on position will shape how Revel appears at trade shows, conferences, and brand activations, creating memorable experiences for technical audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Revel’s events strategy and roadmap across trade shows, industry conferences, customer experiences, recruiting events, and internal gatherings.
• Own end‑to‑end event production, including concept development, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, promotion, and onsite execution.
• Translate Revel’s brand and technical products into distinctive physical experiences for engineers and hard‑tech leaders.
• Build and manage a network of fabricators, producers, AV teams, venues, and other partners.
• Define success metrics, evaluate performance, and create scalable processes and playbooks.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience producing events or experiential programs with ownership of an events portfolio.
• Proven ability to build an events roadmap with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable being the sole events person, handling hands‑on execution.
• Exceptional project‑management skills, budget and contract management, and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel and work outside standard hours when events require it.
