Head of Admissions – 2 Hour Learning

About the role

Alpha is building an ambitious school model that blends rigorous academics, technology‑enabled instruction, and high expectations for students and faculty. As Head of Admissions you will own the end‑to‑end enrollment journey, ensuring families truly align with the school’s philosophy before they join.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete enrollment experience from first inquiry through onboarding.
• Conduct needs‑based conversations to assess family fit and articulate the school’s outcomes.
• Manage 20+ concurrent family relationships, tracking progress in HubSpot and the SIS.
• Deliver campus tours, student shadow visits, and enrollment discussions that highlight expectations and suitability.
• Maintain accurate CRM data to support forecasting and prioritization.

Required profile

• 3+ years of premium, individualized service experience where brand perception is directly impacted (e.g., education, luxury hospitality, executive services).
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate compatibility and make alignment‑focused decisions.
• Comfort with high‑autonomy, depth‑oriented work in an on‑campus environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
