About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Guest Service Associates to staff the front gate and box office for Frost Fest 2026. The role involves providing friendly customer service, handling ticket transactions and assisting patrons throughout the event.

Key responsibilities

Greet and assist guests at the front gate and box office.
Scan and sell tickets, manage wrist‑band distribution.
Provide way‑finding assistance and answer guest inquiries.

Required profile

Available to work Thursday‑Sunday from November 19 to December 27, and Monday‑Sunday during the week of Christmas.
Comfortable working evenings, typically 3:30 pm‑9:30 pm.
